Holy Cow...It's Cold!!

Another long week and we are so tired of this cold weather and being on lock down. It's just way too cold to take the kiddos out!  So Henry has his first meeting with the speech pathologist Thurs at 10 a.m. I am very anxious to finally meet her and get her feedback.  We've been able to get a few more words out of Henry.  Apple, Baby, TV....not as clear as Vivian at 2 years...but it's a start! 

Henry has recently taken a liking to sitting on the big potty just like Vivian.  He doesn't do much on it but he's tried it twice now.  Pretty funny that he can't really say much but he wants to sit on the potty.  He tries to wipe and everything, it's hilarious.  He has also developed this "new smile" when we tell him to say "cheese" Pics below.

The kids helped me make red velvet cake today for Dan's birthday.  Dan could barely get in the door and Vivian was showing him the cake and wanting to sing Happy Birthday.  I took Vivian to dance class tonight and we found out that her teacher choregraphed a production of Annie at one of the high schools next weekend, so Viv and I are going to hit that up next weekend.  She also decided that she wants a Wizard of Oz birthday party. 

I got a wild hair up my ass to make a few purses so I got a couple of patterns and started one of them. Viv was nice to model it for me! Dan has been gone several nights this week so I was surprised when I had flowers delivered to my door on Tuesday! Early Valentine's Day bouquet!
